Went to a new gym last night OMG!!

It was really nice. The locker rooms had clearly been cleaned. It had a sauna and steam room.

People were doing their own thing. One guy was using a leg press for sets of ten. Another guy was doing some Crossfitty type thing. They had kettle bells for him to use. Really nice place. They seemed to want to accommodate a little of everything for everybody.

The staff was really professional, however, I wouldn't trust them with teaching me anything because you could tell they had a lot to learn. I'm hoping for them though.

The snack bar had "health" food. I don't really get that, but whatever. At least people had a choice there they might not find somewhere else.
