Looking for a form check. I've had some problems with knee slide and also the bar moving around on my back. Any suggestions?

Those look pretty solid. Mainly I’d say you might try getting tighter before the rep. That might help knee slide and bar position.

Thanks @mgil! I had a suspicion that was the problem. I have a tendency to overthink things, while forgetting the most important cue in the process
