This dude is crazy. Just put up a 980kg gym total with 330kg Squat, 262.5kg Bench and 387.5kg Deadlift. Those numbers are close to the 242lb record numbers and he's around 200-205lbs
It seems like 95% of his training is just comp squat, bench and deadlift with is very against the grain in these days

Has he stated somewhere what his training looks like? Does he only use different intensities of the main lifts and no other variants?

I think Atwood has the overall better potential to be the GOAT with performances like this.

Haack is unbelievably strong, but it is tough to compare test vs non-tested athletes. In the tested category, I'm amazed with Atwood, Orhii, and Rouska.
