How were the jumping lunges? I feel like I’m going to give myself an old-man injury every time I do them.
Which reminds me... I need to find a place for them

The first couple rounds they were okay, but on the last round I nearly fell over on every single rep. I was getting all sorts of wobbly trying to catch myself. It was fun, though, in a painful sort of way... :twisted:
