I like that you and I could drive ourselves to panic-attack levels of stress sweating minutiae of programming, but we're basically running the same preposterously bare-bones sort of programs.

Yeah, just playing with a short beltless block and then I'll actually write out my program...you're minutiae is about 15 times more complex than mine.

HBS 405:1,1,1

Beltless because I don't feel like wearing a belt yet.

Just trying to get the stance right. Planned to hit a single somewhere around @7 to get a ballpark for volume working sets.

Forgot how much fun I have dialing in technique. Fuck it.

Busy setting up shit

Late workout. Too late, but better than ever more late.

Beltless squat
275: 3x8

DB bench
70s: 4x10
*DBs we're 62, but the spot grips are 10lb each, but I read somewhere they assist about 2lb up.

DB fly
15s: 3x15

New rack spot and I definitely notice the slope of the garage floor more. Should adapt quickly. I'll just say it's for more quad development.

Groin/adductor a little irritated for some reason. Very minor degree, but felt like it changed squat stance.

I've DB benched less than 10 times in my life. That was fun.

DB fly...not sure if I've ever done them, other than fucking around in high school.

Need to lift earlier than 10pm. And definitely before 11pm.

I used to try to shim my platform to level but the more I fuck with it the worse it get so I just took all the shims out and let it ride the way it is, slope and all who cares

I hate that, at least in my state, it's code that garages have slanted floors.
Did a bunch of thinking about how to level floors, or level a platform, bit ultimately I just wear lifting shoes that elevate the heel and then face toward the rising slope.
Not optimal, but OK.

Your home gym is looking dope AF.
