Yeah, in 2020 I pinched a nerve that sapped the strength from my right tricep and pec and caused significant muscle atrophy in those areas. It took nearly 2 years to recover and my right side is still a little weaker/smaller than my left, but I had gotten all the way up to my previous bench strength until my recent regression.
