For TRT, that's correct. But when you're doing a significant amount of shit, you have to inject in multiple sites and rotate your sites. Spend some time reading up on the topic - the chest is a common site for certain compounds that also inject well in the shoulders.
Not to take away from Larry - he's competing untested against other untested lifters and is literally setting world records - dude is a hard working beast and a freak of nature.
