Voluntary cramp induction
Weird title huh? No "recovery" forum so it goes here.
I can make a bunch of muscles cramp by contracting them in isolation (well, not always in isolation, obviously antagonist muscles are involved to maintain the isometric hold if it's not an end of ROM cramp). It might be easier to do when they're fatigued, but I can do it at any time. Anyway, it's obviously not something I choose more than once to do all the way to a cramp, but I can contract them to the point where I know they're going to cramp - there's a bit of pain and a residual tension that takes a while to dissipate when I release the contraction. No it's not a tantric sex thing. Yet.
I don't get cramps doing any of the lifts, or riding my bike etc. Anyway - is this normal, weird, other? I found some reddit stuff about people doing it purposefully for enjoyment. Probably a displeasure into pleasure angle. And why particular muscle groups? Personally, calves, hamstrings, triceps are the easiest. Hamstrings I could make cramp in around a second.

Hamstring cramps are the worst. Woke up one night with a wicked cramp, had to get up and try walking around in it, stayed cramped for like 5 minutes. Thought I was gonna die.
But yeah, you're a weirdo. Not sure about the cramming thing though...

When my feet are cold, I can often make the muscles along the arch of my foot cramp by flexing my toes hard for a second or so.

I somehow managed to get the adductor in my right leg to cramp after waking up from a nap in my recliner. Probably 3x worse than a hamstring cramp because I couldn't figure out how to fix it for several minutes.
Descending order of pain:
Adductor>hamstring>pecs>calves>toes>triceps

So that's 2 weirdo, 1 cramps are bad, 1 also voluntary cramp, and 1 complete penis retraction. This is reminding me of a more complex version of the Sesame Street "one of these things is not like the other" segment.
Do you need to tie a string to it for the return journey? Look at displeasure to pleasure pictures? Or does it just get scared and lonely in the dark?

I can do voluntary crampsin my foot and calves. I can easily do calves. Don't think I can do anywhere else

I can do my feet semi-voluntarily, in that I sometimes feel like my feet are on the verge of cramping and if I choose to contract my foot arch then, I'll cramp.
