I've just been logging my main lifts in the proper log section. I do have some light weights at home and a mat. I have a couple of notebooks sitting around the room and record stuff for a bit, then forget about it. I basically do whateverI feel like and have promised myself it's just practice andI won't take it too seriously. No impressive weighte here, os PRs and no real desire for progress.

Hang snatch: didn'r record the reps, took it pretty easy for about 45 minutes with alught weight.
Later on
Clean to squat jerk. 17kg, 50 reps. I have the idea thatif I do a thousand reps of something, I might get better at it.
One arm barbell press up to 21kg, just for fun.

I am apt to disappoint. I probably ought to log stuff like housecleaning and getting my life in order. Hmm... housekeeping programme, what's best, four day split, whole house, sweep, wipe, throw ?
