It's pretty hard to see what's going on here, but I don't see anything that looks different than what I'd expect for this movement.

Meadows Rows can be used in multiple different ways. What role are they supposed to play in your programming?
Are you doing them primarily for lats or upper back? What kind of rep range? Looking to use them for building strength or muscle size?

Thank you very much for your reply! I tried to set up the camera as best as I could but it was tricky. I'm primarily using them for the upper back, using 6-10 reps. Looking to build muscle size.
