Even though I'm losing a bit of weight, my umbilicus really isn't moving. I must be eating too much fat somehow. When I was this weight earlier this year, my umbilicus was around 34.5.

I was under the weather and so it wasn’t as great as my favorite day of the year usually is, but, glass half full, I also didn’t eat like a starved jackal as I normally would. Hope yours was all the good things.

Yeah, it was good. We cooked and had our Thanksgiving on Wednesday, and my wife had invited herself, and the rest of us, to another Thanksgiving on Thursday since they were doing a fish fry--walleye, her favorite fish. We brought along some of the smoked turkey, ham, and a pumpkin pie, so it wasn't total jack assery. All in all, I'm amazed I didn't gain 5 pounds over the week. I call that a huge win. Now if I can just not eat all the chocolate that's everywhere in the house.
