Edit: It seems to be JUST Andy Baker, he seems fine. It's not terribly interesting so far but not stupid.

I enjoyed it. The first part is basic introduction. The next is how he started personal training and advice on the business side is run. The last half is Andy walking Dave through how Andy programs for and trains people with the last hour or so talking over how Andy sets up conjugate.

Made for decent background noise.

Someone needs to get Andy some zyn.
