Working hard, keep it up.

The air fizzing out did give me a chuckle. And I feel your long-legged pain.

Thanks, I don't know why but that started happening to me about a year ago. Good thing I have a home gym...

You could be like those guys who duct tape their mouths to (supposedly) get a better sleep, except for squats and deadlifts.

Which would be hilarious.

How are your squats with those legs? Accordion, or do you go wide stance? I'll bet front squats are less than comfortable.

I used to do wide stance but am currently taking a narrower stance.

Just conversationally, because that's a good lift: That's what I'd call a medium stance for you. I've seen people go narrower and then fold up, leads to that good morning squat, nasty. So you've chosen well.

You'd get more depth with a wider stance, but the depth you've got is absolutely on-point for the SS low-bar squat standard, which, let's face it, comes from powerlifting meets - whether you got 1/16" below parallel or 10", you get three white lights, they don't give you extra points for drilling for oil.

One of the great things about having a few years of lifting under your belt, whatever the weight on the bar, is having had the chance to play with things a bit, like stance or grip width, low vs high bar, and so on. So well done to you, and keep going.
