I still need to tinker with the Nautilus pullover contraption. At the moment my lats are too wide to avoid constant abrasion from the pads. I expect I might have a more positive experience dropping the seat one last time (doesn't go lower after that).

Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown: 5(71kgx12)
Hammer Strength Row: 4(80kgx15)
Machine Preacher Curl: 32kgx15,13,13,12,12
Machine Pullover: 4(66.3kgx15)
Cable Curl: 35kgx15,12,12,12
Machine Dips: 3(66.3kgx15)
Machine Seated Lateral Raise: 3(43kgx15)
Rear Delt Flyes: 64kgx13,13,10
Dumbbell Hammer Curl: 3(12.5kgx12)

Ha, if only it were an issue of jacked-itude and not inconvenient anthropometry. :P

Much better quality reps with cambered bench than last week. Howard Jones is such a wonderful vocalist. Been thoroughly enjoying Light the Torch lately. Listening to them and The Great Old Ones @DCR - Nyarlathotep I have a soft spot for. This is sort of joyfully ironic to me since Nyarlathotep is a douche in Lovecraft's works.

Cambered Bench: 6(77kgx12)
Incline Dumbbell Press: 4(27.5kgx13)
Seated Machine Lateral Raise: 4(45.3kgx15)
Machine Dips: 5(68.5kgx15)
Pec Deck: 4(115kgx15)
Cable French Press: 4(22.5kgx12)
Rear Delt Flyes: 3(64kgx15)
Snatch-Grip Shrug: 3(88kgx12)

It's funny, given my musical leanings, that I've never read any Lovecraft. Any recommendation on where to start?

The best compilation of his stories as an introduction can be found in Necronomicon: The Best Weird Tales of H.P. Lovecraft. If you get through that (and want more), Eldritch Tales: A Miscellany of the Macabre contains his more....esoteric work (essays, poems, etc.). Necronomicon is phenomenal as is, but if you prefer to read them in bibliographic order, his writing is divided into 3 general sets: all the writing up to the Call of Cthulhu (macabre stories with no cohesive connection), the Cthulhu mythos (and the Deep Ones, Ancient Ones, Elder Gods etc.), and the Dream-Land (an imaginary world connected through people's dreams). Honestly, though, I think the Necronomicon is the best value, best introduction, and pretty cheap to come by.

Fantastic, I have a Barnes & Noble gift card that needs using. Gonna run down there and grab Necronomicon.

His works are mostly self-contained so if it helps just think of reading one at a time. :D

If nothing else, I certainly got in some quality bicep work. I'm quite liking the arm-blaster contraption - or rather, it's stupendously difficult.

Hammer Strength Row: 6(90kgx12)
Rotary Lat Pulldown: 4(18x15)
Machine Preacher Curl: 5(33kgx15)
Cybex Row: 4(140lbx15)
Dumbbell Arm-Blaster Curl: 4(12.5kgx12)
Machine Dips: 3(77kgx15)
Seated Machine Lateral Raise: 52.3kgx15,12,10
Rear Delt Flyes: 67kgx12,12,8
Dumbbell Wrist Extension: 3(7.5kgx12)

First set of dumbbell pressing felt a bit flimsy so opted to keep the reps the same but add some more sets to compensate (the subsequent sets felt noticeably easier).

Incline Cambered Bench: 5(72.5kgx12)
Dumbbell Chest Press: 6(30kgx8)
Seated Machine Lateral Raise: 52.3kgx15,12,12,12
Machine Dips: 4(79.3kgx15)
Pec Deck: 4(120kgx12)
Rear Delt Flyes: 3(67kgx13)
Tricep Pushdown: 4(30kgx15)
Snatch-Grip Shrug: 3(90kgx12)
