Front squats didn't happen. I started working on it but my ankle got jacked up and by the time I was going get back to it I was hospitalized for a week and I've been messed up since. I might be able to do 225 for a single right now.

No industrial accidents so mission accomplished on that front.

Nah, shitty knees. Best set of the year was 150kg x10.
I might match my best bench at a much lighter body weight
Yup, 145kg at a morning weight of 83kg.
I probably won’t PR my deadlift, but I might beltless deficit deadlift 5 plates
No but I did a set of 8 with 147.5kg last night which I was very happy with.

Train and eat consistently and intelligently in a way to facilitate strength and hypertrophy gains. I'm this close to doing bodybuilding for a year or two.
Did pretty well here I think. I squatted 200kg at a meet, which was cool. I did some BB style training, which was also cool.
External Goals
Be accused of taking steroids by a muggle. Set individual and total PRs at a meet.
When I first went to see the doctor about the heart thing, she asked me what supplements I was taking. Was she asking me if I was on steroids?
I might be reading too much into this, but it sounds like your doctor was saying you were jacked. She may even have been trying to ask you out.

Had them written on my phone
- 315 squat again (done)
- 275 front squat again (done)
- deadlift 500 (nope)
- trap bar 555 (got 600)
- Bench 285 (done)
- 170+ weighted chin (nope)
- Weighted dip 90 x 10 (done, last week actually I forgot about this and just happened to do 90 x 10)
- Hit 210 bodyweight (nope)
- 15.5 inch arms flexed (done)

Dealt with a bunch of injuries and stuff, so very happy to have hit most of those.

Thanks, that made my day; I might just be your biggest fan now.

Hah! Considering why they were asking, I’m no sure you’d want them to.

The goal was to be in good enough shape to get some playing time with the second side or the masters/oldboys (I am 35) side for the local rugby club. I wound up having better conditioning than all but a couple of their forwards and I snagged a starting spot with the A-side. I am in a sweet spot where good conditioning meets wily old man.

This year's goal is to keep the endurance while getting back some of my power and speed*

*lol, lmao even
