Very interesting, especially the raw vs. cooked egg outcome looked at over time.
Definitely assumed the lower digestability of raw would corelate to hypertrophy outcome.
I was pretty clear on everything else, but that part did surprise me.

the TL/DR is that protein quality and availability is only critical if overall protein intake in the diet is marginal. Consequently, in a diet with abundant protein, the difference between 15 grams of available high quality protein (5 raw eggs) and 30 grams (5 cooked eggs) is not significant
