3 different designs
adjustable foot plate:
adjustable handles:
adjustable pad:
the only one of these options that makes sense to me is the adjustable foot plate, OR being able to adjust all 3
if you just adjust the pad, your arms might not line up with the handles
if you just adjust the handles, the pad might not line up with your chest
if you adjust the foot plate, well, it should change your position to the pad and handles - although i would say adjusting the foot plate alone probably only allows for small adjustments as if you push it too far out, it seems like your feet wont make contact with the foot plate due to the angle
why do they make equipment like this?
