Ha, yeah, it was awful. Since I quit politics cold turkey, my only sites to check during the day are Exodus, ESPN, and some metal review sites. Exodus being down was murder on my happy procrastination.

Thank god I joined a fantasy football league this year...

Now that Exodus is back between this and my constant research in my desperate attempt to remain middle of the pack I will accomplish absolutely nothing that I am paid to do...

Taking the week off post meet.
Feels good, man.

Start up again with Bench Saturday, Dl the following Wednesday.
Programming for both of those is set.
Gonna kind of backburner squats while i see how the new deadlift schedule feels.
Probably 2X week singles for squats just to maintain.

I forgot to congratulate you on the ranking on Open PL. Nice. Why, exactly, is USAPL going to be excluded from the site after your meet? I missed that somewhere...

USAPL will still be on openpowerlifting.

Openipf.org is newer and is fully only for IPF and affiliates.
So this will be the last meet where my results will be included there.

Unless i join the new IPF affiliate, which i won't.
Regardless of anything else, i don't really foresee Maine as being the new Fed's choice for doing whatever limited number of meets they will be starting out with.

Low thirties with thunder snow this morning. Mid fifties at 8PM. I opened up the garage door to and everything not made of wood is soaked with condensation.

Yeah I just received a stainless steel bar I ordered on BF, and two days later it was dripping water. Made me very very glad I ordered stainless...

10" of snow last weekend. Will hit the 50s today, so we're under a fog advisory (and of course no one slowed down on their morning commute, so crashes all over). Severe thunderstorms with possible tornadoes predicted for tonight, high wind warning predicted once the storms pass, and it's going back to normal temps tomorrow so looking at a flash freeze of all the snowmelt. Should be a good time.

After over half a year off, I've almost managed to string 3 weeks of training together... First week back at work and the covid hit me. Fuark. Gained 12lbs in the last 2 months... ok, in the last 5 weeks and now I'm quarantined and can't train because I'm sick and my lungs hurt... Feels badman.

Missed my sisters 18th yesterday and a 10hr roadtrip to bavaria to get some doors for my friends car. And I can't help him fix his daily. :cry: :cry: :cry:

And I might have infect a friend who has a heart condition and a 4 year old with a lung condition, and another friend who lives with her mum who's working with cancer patients.

Dang dude that Sucks!!

My dad just got out of the hospital with COVID. He was/is anti Vax and got supper sick. It was very hard to not tell him I told you so. But he seems to be on the mend. He is literally in the group that should get Vaxed (high risk)

I hope your friends are okay. Ill put them in my prayers.
