Split squat:
40 kg x 10 reps x 3 sets
Push up:
4 sets max
Jerk:
40 kg x10, 10, 8
Pistol:
40 kg x 1 x 1 each leg

Miss out a few days of logging.
6th June 2021:
Sandbag squat: 3 reps x 6
Push up: 20, 25, 15, 10
Sandbag = 52 kg.

07 June:
Sandbag clean and press.
Weight use:
45 kg
Just practice the lift for 15 minutes
Sandbag squat:
3 x 5
weight use: 45 kg
08 June:
Sandbag clean and press:
Practice the lift for 15-20 minutes. About 10 singles.
Weight use: 45 kg, occasionally 55 kg
Some squat. Front squat with sandbag is much harder than kettlbells with the same weight
09 June:
Bench:
6 x 5
Weight: unknown. Maybe 60 kg? Stone barbell is hard to tell
Row:
8 x 3
Same weight above.
10 June:
Zercher squat:
6 x 1 with stone barbell 1
2 x 5 with stone barbell 2
