I need to get the layback under control again; been slacking on some of the accessory stuff that I think helped with that before.
Feel like I've been lucky so far that my shoulders haven't gotten to the point of betraying me. OHP is a fickle lift, but I enjoy it when it's going well.

I think the one time I did pull a DOH double at 405 was an accident. Forgot to hook for whatever reason, wondered why it felt so unwieldy, and had to rush the reps before my fingers opened fully. I'd like to test it again (because I doubt I could do it now) but I don't know if or when I'd try to squeeze that in. Maybe for backoffs or something on a day without much of a plan.
