I was thinking "chubby."

Scale says 198. Doubt it's accurate, but that'd be the heaviest I've ever been.

Don’t go all @EggMcMuffin on us now.

Seriously, to use a term from 2005 or so, you look fucking diesel in those vids. Geezus, indeed.

I was considering an end to my unofficial bulking experiment (which seems to get derailed every weekend). Then I saw this huge kid at a grocery store today with a cart full of ground turkey and Fairlife protein shakes, and I kinda changed my mind.

(5.13.2023)
Standing Barbell Calf Raises
225 x 25 x 4
135 x 25 x 2

Cable Lateral Leg Raise
20 x 12 x 3
25 x 10 x 3

Seated Reverse Calf Raises
75 x 35 x 7

Cable Side Bends
45 x 12 x 4

Weighted Sisy Squats
35 x 12 x 4

Face Pulls
55 x 12 x 3

Almost didn't do any "lifting" at all today. Was wiped out from yardwork and running errands, and a käsekrainer lunch put me down for a long nap. The heat and humidity didn't help.

Why doubt its accuracy? Does it have a history of being out of whack?

TBH on your height that looks around what a decent 198 lbs looks like so I see no reason to doubt it too much.

Looked up kasekrainer. Looks awesome.

Heat and humidity are the worst. But that shower after a workout in the heat makes it all worth it.

It's probably close enough for my needs, but it's a $50.00 Salter scale, which makes me question if it was really worth $30.00 two or three years ago.

The little dial gets thrown off sometimes just by stepping off the damn thing, so I think it's only good for ballpark figures.

I like to dress 'em like hot dogs, with Weinerschnitzel chili. An overindulgence, but worth it.

Got you.

I can't read an analogue scale at that distance and kind of forgot they were a thing since I haven't seen one in ages. I got ours from Aldi for around 30 AUD and it hasn't missed a beat in over two years. Digital, because terrible eyesight.

That's probably what I should've gone with. It costs the same as the one I have now (and dislike).

I think you are just feeding the internet trolls with the Austrian food consumption. If you start posting in Lederhosen that guy will lose his mind.
