k i just started power cleans for the first time in a couple years so go easy...

These are not terrible. However...

When the bar reaches mid-thigh, you hip thrust it forward and it loops away from you. (You can see this by pausing the video and then using the "," (comma) and "." (period) buttons to advance the video forwards and backwards, frame by frame.)

So, try to keep the bar closer. Try to make it slide up your thighs as you bring your hips forward. Try to make it come fully into contact with your hips. Try to keep it close as it moves up and you move down.

Also, work on your timing so that your feet land at the same time that you rack the bar at your shoulders. Keeping the bar closer will help with this in a couple of ways, I think.

You may have to use a different belt or go beltless. If you keep the bar close, it might catch on your buckle.
