Well bench shit the bed. I manually edited the TM to 270 based on 225x8@10. Will stick with the lowered TM for next week and hope it's just not feeling it today. Incline Thursday should give a good indicator.

This would probably go faster if I stopped snacking. All the time. I can either try to cut out the chocolate and grazing or move onto Cut 2 and only have "official" carbs in the morning and fats at night. The calorie drop should be about the same and get me back to two or three pounds a week.

Edit: I'll do both. Though one is probably going to work for like three days before I absent mindedly buy a zero bar and jam it in my gob.

Do you have a link to your SS log? Curious how well you fared on it.

It feels like an untrained person at your starting weight would have a staggering amount of potential on an LP if you can get around mobility problems.
