Got AtS2 and want to do that next week. I can't front squat for shit so high bar. Don't want to push press so DB Press. Belly too big for sumo so I figured I liked snatch grip dead so those.

Greg says guessing starting maxes is fine but nah.

AtS2 uses RPE/RIR stops on sets with no hard cap on number of sets (lol no cutting them off at seven sets since seven is the number of sets to increase TM) so I can either use ad libitum rests with a set time for movements or I can use set rest times to keep workouts under three hours. I'm going with set rest times, four minutes for main movements and three for everything else.

It's kind of annoying that Nuckols uses RIR and RPE interchangeably and I've always seen RIR is intra-set and RPE as post set. Oh well.
