Tested it yesterday and up to 18 hours before bleed through on my bandages. So progress.

First two sets were difficult. So I wanted to see what a belt would do. Piss easy, dropped it like four rpe. Also I haven't worn one in a couple months so it hurt like hell.

Got actual skin growth now instead of just red and white stuff.

I was thinking about slowing down to 5lbs a session but that was less difficult than last time so let it roll I guess. Next week is 285/295 and after that hopefully a beltless five rep PR at 305.

Well the more things change more they stay the same. I am still horribly incapable of deadlifting in a constant manner. Decided to changing some things up next week so just playing with some dead singles.

Maybe I should do some light squats before pulls. Because last friday's deadlifts felt pretty easy.
Maybe they were actually difficult and I just can't tell unless they just don't work. Because 275*5@9 is like a 320 max.
That would explain a lot actually.

Turns out I'm also allergic to silver sulfadiazine. I stopped using it and my leg stopped being red, painful and itchy. I think antibiotics are trying to kill me.
