Knee sleeves

Bands, chains, wraps, straps, racks... are you sure this is training related?

I've had my SBD knee sleeves for about five years I guess. I wash them regularly in the washing machine and air dry them. No problems so far.

Shit’s getting ridiculous, just reinventing geared powerlifting.

Along the same lines, the Kabuki deadlift bar is another “innovation” I would rather have never happened.

It's the eternal struggle. Are compound bows archery? Are crossbows? Should crossbows be allowed in archery season? Is butt scooting out of control in BJJ? Are flicks allowed in fencing? This seems universal.

I'll admit, my first thought was "shit I need these", my 2nd thought was "this is dumb". I'll just keep using my knee wraps and enjoying lifting in my barn.

There may be some QC issues with the SBD sleeves. I know of some meets where the sleeves are being checked for thickness, and they’re too thick.
