Timed one min rests btw sets, few mins between movements.

Squats felt really good when I actively forced the left side of my hips down to where the right side was going naturally. Much easier to concentrate on holding hips straight then trying to control the position with my legs, although really squeezing the quads did help.

Keep switching routine and hate it, but I just cannot get into the high rep shit, yet also need to lose some fucking weight and not soend 2.5 hours “lifting,” with an actual half hour of lifting. So trying this sort of heavy (for me), timed rests thing. I dug it.

Deadlifts 65kg x5 100kg x5, x3x2, x2x2
Row 50kg x5, x4, x3x3 (held reps at top until couldn’t, did one more and ended the sets)
Curl 22.5kg x5x5

Timed 1 min rests between sets, maybe 3-5 mins between movements.

All deadlifts since the shutdown began have been deficit - only realized my 15kg plates weren't 450mm this past week.

Right heel killing me, as it has been for weeks. Tried again to really concentrate on full foot pressure to avoid putting all of my weight on it, and it’s amazing how much, when I’m not actively thinking about, I end up on my heels on all three of these movements.

Not tight enough on DL - hips not rising evenly, still.

Worked hard here at staying on whole foot and keeping knees forward. Immediate drop in hip pain when doing so.

Continuing to squat in mirror and have no intention of stopping any time soon.

Enjoying this style of pressing (which I'd used the vast majority of my life before discovering Rippetoe) so much better, along with bodybuilding style rows again. Mentally, now treating press and row as assistance exercises, whereas the past two or so years I'd essentially had a "big 5."

Timed one minute rests on press work sets. No rests on superset. Rests as long as I damn pleased on squat - dropping to triples was really helpful mentally in concentrating on full foot/balance and keeping hips centered. A few bad reps, but large majority were on point.
