Just watched
Lu Xiaojun and the 81kg men at the 2019 Weightlifting world championships.
What happened in the clean & jerk was incredible.
Lu injured his back making his opener @ 191kg. He spent the next 15 minutes lying face-down on the floor with ice on his lower back. Only snatched 60kg before his second attempt, which was 205kg, which he made. His teammate, Li Dayin, comes out and sets a world record on his third attempt, power jerking 206kg. Lu comes out and squat jerks 207kg for a world record.

Yeah that was sick... After each attempt you could see how much he was suffering, After every single one of them I was like... there is no way he can go up in weight and succeed... Yet he's done it! What a specimen that is!
