This is actually the first time iam creating an online training log. ( mainly for accountability reasons, I have a severe case of "programhopping")

Iam trying my best to make this not too much of an atrocious gibber, but as I stated before iam kinda new to this, so please be gentle :)

Stats:

Weight: 94 KG
Height: 185 cm

Former lifts from the last novice LP attempt May 2019:
Squat: 115 x 5
Bench: 92,5 x5
Deadlift: 130 x 5

I actually started olylifting like 2 weeks ago at our local weightliftingclub, so for now iam trying to have like a novice LP for the "slow"lifts three times a week, and two olylifting sessions.

"SS Novice LP" Training Session :

Squat 3x5: 80kg
Bench 3x5: 60 kg
Deadlift 1x5: 90 kg
