Powerlifting/General Strength Coach

Hey Fellas,
I'm new to the forum so let me just introduce myself quickly.. My name is Alex Gordon and I graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. I directly focused on powerlifting, strength, and athletic performance during my time at the university.
My style of programming is based on whatever is needed from that specific athlete. Everything is tailored to them and I do not have a biased opinion against any one style of programming. I have recently been spending the past year doing some trial and error based research on undulating periodization and how it fits into a workout scheme based on the number of days of training, along with variable intensity jumps.
I am offering coaching to anyone and everyone that wants to become stronger. You don't have to compete in powerlifting or any strength sport for me to offer my coaching to you. I love getting introduced to new challenges when taking on new clients and that only helps me further my knowledge and understanding of how the human body reacts to certain stressors and challenges.
Please feel free to leave any questions in the comments. I'd be more than happy to clear up any concerns or questions you've got!
