Deload all week, so not much worth logging.

Today:

Deadlift: 330x6x2 sets 315x6
RDL: 225x6x2 sets
Feet Up Bench: 135x20x2

I've strained something in my glute. It's not all that serious, but it kept me from squatting. I need to rethink things in light of trying to work on my conditioning.
