Then 20 minutes late I got an intense hamstring cramp (sitting in a chair)

Before this workout today I did a little y.w. too that was a tad fatiguing I guess.
I cut the whole thing short

I will try to go every 48 hrs with a few sets per body part.
I don't have time to be going to the gym 6 days / week.

OHP isn't worth keeping in the mix.
I would agree its stimulus to fatigue ratio is poor.

"Arms"? won't have any time.

Holmes park on the concrete spillway.
20m x 3r (wbr) x 7s(3'r).

I put "25m" but the actual sprint part is ~20m; the whole thing is 27m....

next morning my right hamstring is sore. I better take it easy on the RDLs tomorrow (today)

Also, I'm trying this setup out for the school practices....as I will coach the HS track team again. The park is close to the school...walking distance really. This spot (the conc spillway) is really good. The angle is consistent the whole way up. The concrete has a super rough broom finish (grip). And at the bottom, the grass and silt deposits have grown this 9" high grass-step-like-starting-block-pedal to push off against for that first hard long step. At first a thought is wasn't long enough, but its perfect. After about 20m the kids will be at top speed, top speed on this incline; I don't want them upright running against the hill at submax speed. I want to work on the acceleration phase. So its perfect. After 15m-20m you are going to maxed out velocity-wise.

Official practice season doesn't start for until early Feb., but I'm kicking around the idea of running a pre-season speed block or whatever
from Nov - Feb for a selected few kids. Many kids will do winter sports anyway; only a few will be available.

I still lift....just logging on ExSt is repetitive and doesn't seem to serve much purpose anymore.
I'll only note certain milestones here going forward.

With work, family stuff, and now coaching is starting up a little ... I don't have enough time to do what I want.
So with that said, sort of a maintenance-phase-I-don't-care-anymore.
Just a couple of exercises per workout.

yesterday I inclined 250x5x5 going on 4' start intervals (maybe ~3:40 rest periods).
Thats an incline PR for what its worth.
The most I have ever flat benched was 255x5x5 doing tex-meth with 5 min rests.
Then I do 5 sets of chin ups. This is my main KPI workout.
The other two upper are 8's and 10's various chest and back stuff.

For lower body I HBS one day. And high-box-squat the next.
Some heavy RDLs on another.

Oh, and I try to do 40 min of zone 2 cardio once per week, maybe 2x
