Culley's Chipotle sauce is my go-to lately

By itself on most things, or I'll mix it with mayo for coleslaw dressing.

Chimmuchurri.

On everything.
I've had the Chimmichurri recipe you linked months ago as an open tab in my phone browser ever since for fear of losing it. Stuff was all-balls on pulled pork as you recommended.

Gonna fire up some carne asada this weekend (Costco flap meat) and that will be one of the toppings.
Just found the link, printed out the recipe, gonna try to make it and pair with chicken.
Can't find it - can you repost the link?

Red guajillo chile sauce, excellent on a beef roast in the crockpot for beef tacos. I also like doing honey garlic, prebottled general tso, and honey mustard for sauces.
I always use salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on all meats (except steaks) but on top of those I love using rosemary and thyme; chili powder; mustard powder and paprika; mrs dash.

Anyone here fuck with tajin? A Mexican chili/lime/salt. I use it frequently, but it really amps up mango and watermelon.

Adobo/mrs dash (original) on grilled chicken/pork is really good and worth a try.

Sriracha is overhyped bullshit on its own. Combine with some sugar, soy sauce, ginger and scallion and you have something.

@Hanley yeah man, vinegar bbq sauce is the way to go. I make a fun one out of apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, salt, pepper and flakes. Splash that on some naked pulled pork.

Oh yeah.

I used it last night on fish tacos. Some on the tilapia and some in the slaw.

Was that you I saw on Instagram using it on watermelon?

Is it overly spicy? Not to sound too much like a baby, but the really spicy stuff just destroys me on the backend.

I love tajin on my popcorn. I’ve tried it as a rub on sautéed chicken with mixed results.

Yeah man that’s the stuff. No it’s not spicy at all. The chilies are definitely mild.

I've really been digging this stuff:

Wife texted me she had a bad day at work so I brought her home a bottle of hot sauce. I know, I'm a romantic.
