Re: PR THREAD OF AWESOMENESS!!!
Every single plate I have. I only did this because I went to go buy a gaming monitor from some guy since I'm extremely lonely and I remembered that as a teenager video games kept the "how do I hang myself?" feelings at bay and the dude's girlfriend showed up instead and for some reason (well, many) that seriously depressed me.
I had to do something.

Nice pull. Something about a heavy pull helps the brain chemicals.Anaphase wrote: ↑Thu Feb 03, 2022 3:30 am

Great pull, hope I can get 2.5x BW this year, go easy on the negative self talk though.

@Anaphase, that was a sick pull. Congratulations. (Said as someone whose current E1RM is exactly a 2x BW pull, and is avoiding trying it.)

Re: PR THREAD OF AWESOMENESS!!!
Happy Friday hope everyone is doing well! I recently joined this forum and would like to share some recent PRs from this Tuesday and Wednesday.
Here are Tuesday’s lifts, 330 lbs squat and 225 lbs bench
Here are Wednesday’s lifts, 160 lbs press and 405 lbs deadlift
The squat is a 5lbs PR since 2017. The bench is an all time 15 lbs PR from the last time I maxed out on bench which was like a decade ago.
The press is a 5lbs PR from last year. The deadlift is a 10 lbs PR since 2010.
I tested these for estimated 1RMs as I’ll be starting the 12 session Montana Method program from Mr. Hanley. I’ll be opening a log shortly with my initial PRs as well.

Re: PR THREAD OF AWESOMENESS!!!
Well, it's a PR, most i've ever benched.
Just not the paused PR i wanted.
Close, but not fully paused.
I have this once more in training before the meet.
