My back has been limiting my ability to squat and deadlift for the last few weeks, so I decided to try out some sumo and see what happens. Pretty sure its a weight PR but definitely a rep and RPE PR, so I'll take it.
So I got a minor bench PR Friday (210 lbs), not a big deal.
What I'm really proud of is that I went to a family Easter party Sunday, and didn't mention my PR to any of my relatives who don't lift. Even when given an opening.
This is a great achievement for me, when I was new to lifting and full of enthusiasm/obsession, I was quite a bore on this subject. Social skills PR!

Congratulations.
Your transcendance is something I have so far been unable to achieve.
I have finally stopped forcing it into conversations. But if someone gives me the slightest opening a small trickle quickly becomes a torrent. Still much work to do.

Congratulations.
I managed to not mention that I'm dieting too.
My family (like everyone's) includes many people who are over-fat and not doing anything about it. They feel guilty about this already, and we're all standing around eating party food. I'm getting close to having visible abs, and it would have been really shitty of me to refer to this in any way.
Back to back squat PRs today! 295x1 and 305x1 with the SSB, have not done a rep over 255LBs in months, doing the whole HVLF thing. This was with the SSB as well, hell with regular squats. Thanks @mettkeks for suggesting to work up to a heavy single, although I probably went past @8 today, I felt I had a PR in me and I really needed on to me going.

@CeeKa Glückwunsch! Sieht ganz schön brutal aus, Respekt! What kind of charity event was that?
Danke! My gym (Wellway Sports) did a foundraising event for a cancer foundation. The gym donated 1€ per lift - overall close to 500 reps were done by the competitors.
The rear axle of that car weighs 200 kg. Supposedly, lifting itusing the mounted bar (= lever) is comparable to a 160 kg deadlift.
