Big fan of Martins, but I don't think a Steinborn squat world record is going to be interesting until there is somebody else who is good at it. He is strong and athletic enough that the world record is submaximal and he is just going to be able to keep bumping it up at minimal increments for the foreseeable future

Pretty much...

At the moment I just look at it as his niche lift. He's good at it, likes doing it, and very few others care to bother with it to make it "competitive"... he's around whenever Rogue wants to trot him out to add 5 lbs to the record. It's more entertainment than anything.
