Tuesday 7/31/18

Squat: 415x2, 275x5x3 I had no gas. Decided not to grind myself down and just get a few reps in.

Bench: 275x2x4, 185x10 bench felt good.

BW: 236 - just where I want to be. 5lbs over my weight class, a water cut away.

Bench: 250x3x4, 185x13

Deadlift: 535x2x5 - moved really well, excited for the meet.

I keep an ezcurl bar with 45s at work. It allows me to get a little workout on Wednesday’s. It’s not much, but it’s something.

6/26/19

Press: 115x8x7

Upright row: 115x10x3

Curl: 115x6x3

Hammer curl w/ plate: 45x20x2


Edit: 1.7 mile run. It starts with a 300’ hill climb that really gets the heart rate up.
