Yesterday I went to bed early.
That didn’t work, so I did

2.63 miles in 30 minutes

Today
213.3/214.0

GSLP 2.3

Bench Press

35s x10??

BARNC
orange x12x3. Need to shoot for 20 a set

Elbows and shoulder not feeling curls. I’ll probably do high rep db curls later
Time about an hour

Guitar stuff:
@EricK has inspired me to log some guitar practice stuff. I had a nice 2 week streak of actually practicing with a purpose, then I fell off.

Short term goals: get my faster picking together
When we played this
SpoilerShow
The piece at 20:00 dragged considerably, and ended at 100 bpm. Goal#1 is to play itat 120bpm super relaxed.

Goal #2 is to learn a red greens arrangement of something, probably a Xmas tune.

Someone wrote a song called 100 miles to Bethlehem, Mary did you know, a CCR (contemporary Christian rock, not Creedence…) song called because of Bethlehem, then a “cantata” which was a light classical arrangement of popular sacred carols, some stuff I’ve never heard of, and a narrator telling the Christmas story. Cute.

Now I go back to trying to find the perfect madlib version of All I want for Christmas is ________.
