BW - 197.6

DL:

225 x 3, x5
275 x 5, x3, x5

Pr (no belt):

135 x 5
155 x 5 x 3

Sqt (no belt):

155 x 10 x 3

Notes:

It might be (mostly) psychological, but 315 didn't even budge on deadlift.

Not sure if this is "good" rehab, but I'm just trying to push to the edge of discomfort before pain.

BW - 195.4

Bench:

315 x 1@9
275 x 5@9
260 x 5@8, x5@8, x5@8.5, x5@9
245 x 5@7.5, x5@10 (< 2 min rest here)

DB curls: 40 x 8, 10, 10, 8

Notes:

Midway down the third page, either I'm slacking or this place is bumping!

Rushed session, as I got there just before the place closed, but it was OK overall. Little bit of back ache this week, but not as bad. Bench isn't really where I think it "should" be (was hoping 315 would be more of a @8), but I think I had about 0 leg drive, so I'd give it a wash. I'd be comfortable opening with 315 (142.5) even though that's not really the rule of thumb.

Yeah, people who log here seem to (mostly) really lift. I am impress.

Glad to see you're coping OK with your back issues and things aren't getting more fucked up on that front.

Some of us just do daily grippers and "exercise" as a way to pad our stats.

I wanted to point out that all entries referred to as "bench" imply the "competition" variant with a pause on each rep. Not sure if there's much utility to that distinction other than a humble brag, but that's good enough for me!

Brotastic

BW - 196.2

Sqt:

325 x 5@6
345 x 5@8, x5@9
325 x 5@8

Pr:

155 x 5@7.5
165 x 5@9
155 x 5@8, x5@8.5

RP:

Ha

CGBP:

225 x 6@7
235 x 6@8, x6@7.5, x6@8, x6@8.5

Notes:

Back actually feels better. Worked up to a couple singles on rack pull at 275, but, again, 315 wouldn't budge. Could be squat or mindfuck, or squatmindfuckTM. Also, flats are not going to work this cycle. Could be my back, but with heels, narrowish stance, and being careful on depth, I feel much more stable.

CGBP is down a little, but I went pretty hard on bench yesterday, so that's ok.

BW - 195.6

It's better to just swallow your pride than dwell on how bitter it tastes.

A handy little motto that, with the omission of only two words, applies well outside the gym.

Light Sqt:

260 x 5@5.5ish?
275 x 5@7ish x 3

TnGB:

275 x 5@7
290 x 5@8.5, x5@8.5, x5@8, x5@9
280 x 5@9 (short rest)

C/U / B. Ext :

w/ 10 lbs - x5 / x12
w/ 15 lbs - x5 / x12 x 5

Notes:

Went deliberately 80ish % on squat and still used a belt because it seemed "smart."

Bench went pretty well but I didn't have solid with leg drive.

Chins and back extensions were also deliberately light. Got a good lower back pump. Back has been feeling better; still not 100%, but improving. Will try to pull on Friday.

I'm not having fun, however I look at it I can't remove only two words and make a coherent sentence about sexy times. Mebbes I just can't make coherent sentences, but I think your wong and you are just trying to cover it up.

Persistent pontificating probably precludes proper progression. Posterior pain prevents proper performance. Perusing plentiful parallel perspectives provides priceless pragmatic prescriptions. Passing possibilities, persuing prospective PRs, presents personal problems. Parenting perpetually proscribes planned periods. Patterns play pivotal parts; perhaps past phenomena power professional positions.

Artificial amateurs, aren't at all amazing
Analytically, I assault, animate things
Broken barriers bounded by the bomb beat
Buildings are broken, basically I'm bombarding
Casually create catastrophes, casualties
Canceling cats got their canopies collapsing
Detonate a dime of dank daily doing dough
Demonstrations, Don Dada on the down low
Eating other editors with each and every energetic
Epileptic episode, elevated etiquette
Furious fat fabulous fantastic
Flurries of funk felt feeding the fanatics
Gift got great global goods gone glorious
Getting godly in his game with the goriest
Hit 'em high, hella height, historical
Hey holocaust hints hear 'em holler at your homeboy
Imitators idolize, I intimidate
In an instant, I'll rise in an irate state
Juiced on my jams like jheri curls jocking joints
Justly, it's just me, writing my journals
Kindly I'm kindling all kinds of ink on
Karate kick type brits in my kingdom
Let me live a long life, lyrically lessons is
Learned lame louses just lose to my livery
My mind makes marvelous moves, masses
Marvel and move, many mock what I've mastered
Niggas nap knowing I'm nice naturally
Knack, never lack, make noise nationally
Operation, opposition, off not optional
Out of sight, out of mind, wide beaming opticals
Perfected poem, powerful punch lines
Pummeling petty powder puffs in my prime
Quite quaint quotes keep quiet it's Quantum
Quarrelers ain't got a quarter of what we got uh
Really raw raps, rising up rapidly
Riding the rushing radioactivity
Super scientifical sound search sought
Silencing super fire saps that are soft
Tales ten times talented, too tough
Take that, challengers, get a tune up
Universal, unique untouched
Unadulterated, the raw uncut
Verb vice lord victorious valid
Violate vibes that are vain make em vanished
While I'm all well what a wise wordsmith just
Weaving up words, weeded up on my work shift
Xerox, my X-radiation holes extra large
X-height letters, and xylophone tones
Yellow back, yak mouth, young ones yaws
Yesterday's lawn yard sell our yawn
Zig zag zombies, zoom in to the zenith
Zero in zen thoughts, overzealous rhyme ZEALOTS!...
