Squat w/belt 1x495, 1x525 PR, 2x2x475, 2x2x455, 4x425
Really pleased with the PR given the amount of fatigue. Today definitely reminded me that my squats require a lower intensity for back off work.

Squat w/belt 1x495, 3x3x435

Had to skip yesterday's squat session and combine it with today's bench workout due to a pretty nasty migraine. Came in and got the minimum done today and got out. Shoulder has been bugging me lately so played it super safe on bench today. Will adjust training accordingly going forward.

Pretty sure I'm not going to do the meet. Shoulder has been feeling wonky, back is in rough shape, and I have no desire to compete or force myself to train optimally while dealing with outside stresses. Just going to focus on having fun in my workouts and not get too beat up; I don't make any money doing this.

Dude! 675 is a big pull. When I bought my equipment last winter, I bought 12x45 lbs plates. I knew I had a 5 plate pull coming soon, so I wanted to continue to be mocked by the 2x45 lbs plates hanging on the stand, waiting to be used. Once I pull 6 plates, I guess I'll have to think about 7. Damn. Nice work.

Got a flu shot today and felt pretty meh so I cut the volume. Pretty sure 520 will be around my second at the meet.
