Wow I've been terrible about keeping this updated.. TLDR I kinda fucked off over the holiday and ultimately ended my run on The Bridge prematurely. The program overall was going OK and I enjoyed the style of training, but I didn't really love the exercise selection and also wanted some more regular work with heavy singles. I decided to transition into their Generalized Intermediate Program instead. NDTFP continues!

- My ability to set my low back on DLs has been steadily dropping off lately and I can't seem to fix it, even at lower weights. Maybe have a little too much "ab hypertrophy" in the way these days, or need to work on pointing my butthole at the wall behind me.
