20 dumbell lunges (10rt/10lt) 10kg
20 dumbell rows (10rt/10lt) 5kg
10 dumbell thrusters 10 kg
15 dumbell pullovers 5kg
Not difficult at all, only the lunges were somewhat hard, the rows were so easy they were built in rest.

got 8 rounds, shit score but I'm sure I will improve, I had 40 seconds left after round 8
Started breaking pushup sets on round 6, chinups on round 7
total reps: chins:40, pushups:80, squats:120
