Where do you pause the DL? Weight compared to regular DL?

Also, how do you feel about the slingshot. Thinking of picking one up just for variety.

I pause right off the floor, that is my sticking point
I love slingshot bench. Aside from just being really fun, I always feel like I get some carry-over when it's programmed in.

5x3x197.5. Looked better. I peed a lot though. Also my left wrist is kinda sore and squats make it worse
