Deadlift - 455x6x3/440x5 - well that experiment didn't work. Dropped intensity to try and avoid grinding myself into the dirt and ultimately sacrificed a rep for that reason. 5x4 it is.

Squat - 390x5x3 - these sucked, probably because of the grindy deads. Some weird cramps in my calves too... very odd.

Chins/Vipers - BWx3/155x2x10 - sweaty

At some point as soon as next week we're gonna split the deads/squats up, they're starting to eat into each other fatigue wise and spreading that equally across the week will hopefully help as opposed to grinding Tues/Fri and having a cakewalk Mon/Thurs

5" Block Pulls - 485x3 / 425x4x4

Strict Log Press - 187.5x6x4

Squat - 365x5x4

EMOM Carry - 175x120ftx3

Finally experienced a back tweak on the block pulls. First set 4th rep my low back LIT UP and the bar wasn't budging. No pop or anything but it seized up on me and was pretty uncomfortable.

Knocked it down to 315 and warmed back up to 425... that was where I could tell I was on edge of it being just a bit much. Didn't bother me on the log, but had to take a hit on the squat as well. 365x5 was about an 8, I was scheduled to hit 400 but I wasn't gonna push it...

Was gonna aim for about 5-8 rounds on the carry but my back was starting to get mad after 3 so I just called it a day...

Dead Hang - 60sx2

Just a little light work this morning to loosen up my back. Just slow RDL's and light deads with absolutely emphasis on keeping my back as flat as possible.

Got a real nice gross deep pop from the hangs when I took my feet off the ground. I need to invest in some bands so I can decompress by hanging upside down. After like 60 seconds (even using straps) the stretch in my arms becomes a little unbearable.

Just coming off a back tweak myself from practicing staggered stance starts on farmers without a belt like a dummy. Things we do.
