KO's Back and Still Wimpy - Let's Get It!

Wow, am I glad I found you guys! I started SS in 2014 and through many bumps, 1st child, setbacks, etc., I just about almost made it to the end of my LP in August 2017. That's when my wife and I were fortunate enough to purchase our first home. However, just like that 4 months breezed by so I found myself starting all over from the bottom in January 2018 (my longest ever layoff). It's been slow going, because I've taken my time, but I am about 80% of where I previously was. It was quite amazing that my PRs came when my son was still an infant...somehow I managed. This time around, I'm feeling a little more tired and unmotivated. To make things worse, and much to my dismay, WHERE THE HELL DID EVERYBODY GO on the other site??? It was just a log to talk to myself, LOL! All the peeps that I would follow or would provide such colorful banter had disappeared. The BBM thing was one thing, but this exodus occurred before then. Oh well, I stumbled upon Cody's IG yesterday and clicked on the link to this site. Almost immediately, I felt reborn. Newly motivated. Familiar names, familiar logs, familiar discussion. I'm 41, male, 5'9", ~185 lbs, and here are my PRs from the "SS Latecomer and First Timer" log on the former site's beginner area:
Squat: 320x3x3
Press: 142.5x3x3
Bench: 215x3x3
Deadlift: 305x5x1
My new garage gym is setup, but I mainly only have time to train during my lunch break at work. I've only been able to manage to squat twice a week, and I haven't even resumed deadlifting!!! The gym has multi-sided plates, sigh, and a lot of time is taken up at home with the family and home stuff...but it's getting better and I have to make the time now.
As of this past week, here's where I am:
Squat: 250x5x3
Press: 122.5x5x3
Bench: 170x5x3
Deadlift: Zeeero
Everything feels okay, but my diet is still meh. It has always been my weakness and I may have to do something along the lines of Avatar to get me more compliant with myself and with my goals (I'm skinny fat). Also, once I do finish my LP, I really feel like a lost puppy. I had bought Andy Baker's GGW program to try, but even that program's workouts can run more than an hour. The Bridge's workouts are prob just as long or longer. There are some days where I only have time to squat during lunch and have to continue with the rest later that night at home. I'm trying to find something that I can knock out in 30-45 minutes. I hope to find some guidance as I roam through the other logs and engage some of the authority figures around here.
Anyways, sorry this was long. I look forward to chatting with many of you and following along...
