What's a carb? A car part? What's a macro? A type of camera lens?

That's perfect. Not that we have chipotle here, but I can see this technique applying lots of other places too. Like Subway.

Another trick, my brother came up with this one like 25 years ago.

When at Panda Express (or similar), order your food to go, even when eating in.

It seems they fill up the take out container more(box with raised 'sides'), than a flat eat-in plate.

I don’t think this is true anymore. They load up the plates for dining in.

I get three scoops for my double meat at my local chipotle. Only one scoop for regular meat. This meme is lies (and old).

I’ve been using this technique at my work cafeteria for years.

After the first serving hits the plate, “Ehhhhh, lets go with 2 pieces of lasagna.” As if I made the decision right there in the spur of the moment. When actually, double lasagna has been my plan since breakfast, which was double quiche.

Plus, the resulting diarrhea will provide a killer ab workout.

Also chipotle doesn’t charge for tortillas so get burrito bowl then ask for 5-6 small tortillas on the side and you have yourself some DIY tacos and an extra free 600 + calories

You can do half "meat X" and half "meat Y" to get a far fuller burrito at the price of a 'single meat'. And I dig barbacoa+pollo asado anyway!

Same for black/pinto, white/brown, etc... quesarito that shit and you're in insta-obesity territory. But worth it.
