Ended up spending some time with kiddo yesterday and threw of my lifting and feeding time, but it worked out. Managed to get it in saturday:
Bench: Feet UP! 295x4x6 Little harder
Dips and Curls(fucking love my shiney dumbells)
50lbsx12 and 45x12s for rounds.
DId some 3 minute slow blocks on air dyne between stuff too. PT yesterday also kicked my ass, was rushing to get that done cause I had to interview someone at work on a video. I suck at interviewing. Especially when it's for a job i kinda sorta half want for myself. Can I just clone myself and do both? I wanna do all the fun stuff.
Have a good weekend all. Have some vegan/vegetarian friends coming for game night tonight. I'm like. um. I'll make you popcorn. That's it. Here drink my booze. I can't even make the vegans blue cheese stuffed olives for martinis. I suck at vegan hosting.

Technically oct 8 is 3 Months and back to sports. Currently feels a bit off still but I’ve heard 5 months to feel good and 9 so squatting now and I’m happy
Oct 28 is next surgery. Nice to start 2020 w great joints I guess.

SSB- 80? I can't math these 10x3. Noticed without a belt I got tons of fear and couldn't get anywhere close to parallel Odd that.
Deadlifts -ohio deadlift bar - 135x5, 155x5 ,175x5 , 225x5 Felt awesome to pull 225. Odd how legs feel different now. Like i felt asymmetric. Oh right cause I have totally different bone structure left to right! Deads felt very very weird. I haven't pulled in almost a year motor pattern idiot here!

Girl I was dating stopped responding. I use the word dating loosely here. Went out a couple times with a friends neighbor. She's rather beautiful but a little too arsty. Had to set expectations that I was happy to hang out but not interested in dating, even if she uses polysyllabic that I love and seems smart and empathetic but just too artsy. Still chasing the girl I dated over last winter but she is not having it. Also considering a plant based diet for the next month since friends that run a gym are working on marketing. Figure a month cut to add to their marketing success stories will give me a fun personal project. I can't drink for another 2 weeks so that helps.
Left hip feels really good, better than the right. Who knew. Maybe I retore the right when I was seeing the one girl? Whoops.
BFR training is crazy. The pump and soreness is incredible on this stuff. Headed out to get king crab today with a buddy. Figure, got my work rating this year and it's good to celebrate milestones.
