It doesn't quite feel better than pre surgery yet but I'm walking and the recovery seems to be more rapid than I was expecting so making progress. I can go in the pool, bench and air dyne, and some other lifts. Running if forbidden still, and squats and deads but I can do other stuff. Approved for smashing so that's cool too.

Chins: 5 sets of whatever. Took me awhile to figure out how to do these without jumping and being careful about dismount
Dips: 5 sets of 15 reps > Easy easy
airdyne ~60rpm 10 minutes. Hate this fucking thing.
Hip xray: you doing aok. Showed photos of the surgery. Bone is way round now, looked like a club before. Oh yah that's obviously the issue. "You had a significant tear" shows me the photo. Labrum looked shredded and frayed. Crazy, MRI made it sound like "little tear don't be a wimp". Funny enough when hip started to really feel odd was after a long heavy cycle. I backed off changed around and then hit my lifetime PR of 500. So that was probably with a torn labrum. That's interesting data to me .
Doc, left hip feels janky, when should we look at that? When it tears and then get surgery or?

Oh it was working when I had google wifi in kitchen and wifi in gym, but I've since moved the wifi from the gym to the living room to backhaul it to get better speeds in the office. I think if I moved the wifi to the window in the kitchen it would be fine, but that requries a new outlet and I just haven't managed to make time to do that. It's a large project. The good news is, if i put an outlet I may as well also run ethernet and backhaul that one too.
Trust me, i've been looking at ubiquti since my internet has been all fucked up the last month. THe wireless thread in the lockerroom has all of the trials and tribulations there.
