I was gassed from being up all night driving back from the airport. Plus a week drinking with my bestie. The 52 year old whiskey was kinda amazing. It's a good think he put the bottle away after we had a couple. I could have sat there and finished it with him. I usually always have ice but this I didn't even want it. For 1000$ a bottle, it's a good thing we switched after a couple glasses.
Saturday's lift:
bench: 300x5x6 , 2 Not bad. having fun with bench. I didn't air dyne as I was out of time. Hip still feels off. Even when benching. Little nervous if i'm going to get surgery. Oh well.
Off to dinner tonight in NYC

@ qlander was over for brunch. So after that I got some work done.
Bench: 350x2,2,2,2,1,1,1,1
little slow at first, but sped up when I remembered to really brace with abs. Funny one would think I would remember all this. odd thing was I got lazy with the wrist wraps at the end and that was my fasted reps, amazing what bracing will do.
airdyne: 10 minutes @ 60 rpms. I should get outside and bike instead.
wrist roller: down and up with 5lbs. I figure my watches feel funny lately, time to get some forearm mass back. Funny how they shrunk lately cause no deads maybe? Jeeze. Going to be weird if I get surgery. I'm going to waste away!

Dips: 8 minute density: Did this. SO much pump. I wanted to order the rogue loading pin yesterday but its' 25$ for the pin and another 15$ for the strap. like seriously?
Airdyne: 10 minutes.

Also found out Friday, Hip Surgery is July 8th, unless they like my case then they'll do it on July 13th(Saturday no time off of work!) and make a video of it and live stream it for education.
Course they want 12k$ up front. That's how we do health care now?!

Trying to get motivated to go to watkins glen with kiddo, but I'm starting to get a migraine, and I still don't know what time it is so I may just drink by the fire pit and smoke a cigar and feel sorry for myself as tomorrow would be 12year anniversary

Bench: 280x5x10 This was a lot of pump for sure. Not bad.
Supposed to airdyne but hip was not happy. Spent all day yesterday trying to replace a pedestal sink with a vanity. Lots of running around and stairs and awkward sitting. It's also rather hot out. Good times! Glad today was a day off .

Was chatting this woman on reddit , cause she liked the idea of letters, cool. Never wrote me back. Started messaging nudes. I have no idea what @Stuffedsuperdud is doing but dating seems easy.. at least to start. My middle game is broke though.
