How did you like the cambered bar chest supported row? Seems like it would give you a hell of a peak contraction

I just like to quarrel with you so we can make up afterwards ;)

Rows with the cambered bar felt like...normal rows, really. Just have to be performed strict so I don't cheat and irritate my back again.

how long are you gonna be doing recovery-bb type training? are you gonna get back to powerlifting when you heal up? gotta see you hit 6/4/6 bro. hope youre healing up fast

Thanks! I don't know exactly. At least another 5 weeks. Probably start back to powerlifting type training in Dec/Jan. It's all good - I needed to let off the gas a bit, and I've got a lot of other stuff going on at the moment that needs my attention more than training.

Didn’t get to lift at all last week. Was in Europe for work. Got the flu towards the end of my trip. Finally able to eat a bit again today. Might do some lifting later this week. More travel coming up. BW down to 230.4#.
